Electric Sliding Doors

Denver Doors is certified by the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers (AAADM) to inspect, repair, and install power-operated automatic pedestrian doors. With fully stocked vans, we can quickly repair almost everything on an automatic sliding door system. We service Stanley, Besam, Horton, Record and any other sliding door manufacturer brand.

Our goal is to leave your site with the door running seamlessly and smoothly. During our on-site visit, we will properly tension the belt, adjust the load wheels, and adjust the bottom guides. All friction points will be properly lubricated and inspected for wear and tear. Our goal is to tune and restore your sliding door so it can effortlessly handle heavy pedestrian traffic on a daily basis.

Our service call is just $190 for the first hour and then $95 for each subsequent hour. Most door problems can be resolved within the first hour. There are no other charges except for parts, if required. 

Maintenance Plans

We also offer automatic door maintenance plans to help you avoid future costly repairs and to keep your door optimized for safety. Upon completion we will sign-off on the proper operation of your door system, which will help mitigate your liability. Our maintenance plans include the following, which are recommended to be performed on a quarterly basis:

  1. Inspect and adjust the drive belt
  2. Properly lubricate all moving parts
  3. Adjust and inspect the top and bottom guides and load wheels
  4. Test sensor to ensure the doors are operating within ANSI codes
  5. Test safety mechanisms to ensure they are operating correctly
  6. Clean and inspect the bottom track
  7. Cycle motor and run control diagnostics
  8. Test breakouts
  9. Check glass to ensure glass stops are properly securing the glass
