Our normal operating hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Friday 8:00 am to Noon.
If you have an after-hour/weekend EMERGENCY, please call Mike at 720-589-3759 and leave a detailed message. He will call you back as soon as possible. Please note that our emergency rates are double the standard hourly rate detailed below.
We charge $232 for the first hour of service anywhere in the Denver metro area. Each additional hour is $116. Most repairs can be completed within the first hour of service. The $232 for the first hour includes our trip charge. So, there are no other fees or charges beyond what is stated here. The first hour charge is the same whether we have to travel to Boulder or Castle Rock during rush hour or light traffic.
We service the entire Denver metro area for the fee outlined above under “Billing Rate”. For service outside this area or beyond where the RTD travels, we charge 2-way travel. Travel is charged at $116/hr. In this case, the first hour of service is just $116.
We provide free estimates for all manual door installation and repair requests. All electronic and automatic door system repairs are treated as service calls. That said, we will provide a free estimate for a new automatic sliding door system as well as automatic swinging door systems.
All labor is warrantied for 90 days after the service is completed. All parts are warrantied for at least one year. Most manufacturers provide warranties beyond the first year. In some instances, the parts carry a lifetime warranties. These are passed onto our customers. The technician can provide more details based on what is being quoted or installed.
